Muscle Pit-45 degree Back Raise, Safety Squat Bar & Bands

Another exercise variation when using the 45 degree back raise. This time we have combined it with the safety squat bar & jump stretch bands. As the lifter accelerates from the bottom position the band tension increases adding more resistance to the bar forcing the lifter to push harder. On the decent as the bands pull you down the lifter controls the speed keeping pressure on the posterior chain. An excellent exercise for the development of your lower back, glutes & hamstrings.
