INGIEREN CAPSULA CON 15,000 DOLARES

BOGOTÁ (AFP) - Una joven colombiana que el pasado jueves llegó a Bogotá procedente de México fue hospitalizada tras sentirse mal y los médicos descubrieron que ocultaba en su estómago varias cápsulas de látex con 27 millones de pesos, unos 15.300 dólares, informó el domingo la fiscalía de Colombia.

La mujer, de 24 años, había logrado burlar los controles policiales en el aeropuerto capitalino, pero cuando salió del lugar se sintió mal y se dirigió a una clínica del oeste de la ciudad, donde los médicos detectaron las cápsulas que llevaba en su estómago.
La policía mantiene en custodia a la mujer y la fiscalía ha dicho que podría acusarla de tráfico de divisas, pues la ley sólo permite entrar en Colombia sin declararlo con un máximo del equivalente a 10.000 dólares.
