300 workout No Prisoners.. NO MERCY version 10: Here are the simple rules: Perform one set from 1A and then one set from 1B, rest for 45 sec, then repeat until you did 2 sets of each. Don't rest between these sets. For example, perform DB Press followed by Band Press without any break in between this set. Spartans! Prepare for glory!
