END OF DAY 2 Fasting/working out!!

I usually work out, but I ate a rice crispi square today..and I'm diabetic so i cant eat that.. so I went to the gym and jogged 800 calories off.. Working out when you're diabetic gets the sugar our of your system faster. Check me OUT! 5'8 height.. and 129 pounds!
