Recent flex dudes

From curling 4 pounds to 10 pounds to 20 pounds to 25 pounds to finally 40 pounds.
A benchpress of 80 to now a 140, and now a six pack comes into the equation.
I am currently on muscle milk, 100% Whey, and a multivitamin. Most days I just take the vitamin and muscle milk, but if I think it was a good workout I'll take all three. I usually tske my Whey 30-40 mins after my workout, then right before I got to bed I would take my Muscle milk, since casein absorbs slower into the muscles.
A little note, gaining weight is a science, or should I say that one should take some time to study some biology, learn about different forms of protein, the muscular system, skeletal systems and all that stuff. Once you gain some knowledge, eating the right stuff and working out is much easier.
